Hello & A Thrift Find

Welcome to Audrey, Kate & Camille.  My name is Camille--Audrey (Hepburn) and Kate (Middleton) are just my ultimate fashion icons.  This blog will be a place where I post about style, beauty, health, and maybe a pinch of teaching here and there (yes, I'm an elementary teacher!)  I was born and raised mostly in Pennsylvania, but right now I'm living deep in the heart of Texas, and boy do I love it!  I  l o v e  the southern pride ♥ I like to think that I'm a "northern" belle ;) Anyway, let's see how this blog goes!  I don't always have someone to help me take pictures, so self-timer is my very best friend!  

On to the thrift find...

I L O V E the Goodwill. Specifically, I love the Goodwill when it comes to buying children's books for my classroom.  It's such a fun little hobby, I love not knowing what I will find!  I never have shopped at the Goodwill for clothes for myself until recently.  It's the same sort of thing as searching for books as it is for clothes...you never know what you'll find!  There's great variety...lots of brands...lots of styles...lots of  D U D S! But every once in awhile you might just find a gem :)

Here's the gem I found.  It's a little toile strapless dress by the brand "Teeze Me".  I've never heard of the brand before.  A quick google search told me that the brand is available at Macy's and Dillard's.  Who knew?  Anyway, I have always loved toile.  So, I tried this dress on in the fitting room, and loved it.  Only $5!  What a score :)

Love it!  You can find a similar style by Teeze Me here.  I also saw a few eBay and Poshmark sellers selling this dress.  Looks like the original came with a little sash!
